My Background

Most recently, I worked for a Fortune 500 tech company as a Technical AI Solution Developer and Designer for their enterprise customers. During those 6 years as a corporate animal I loved being the visionary contributor and lead on dev teams. I got to identify and solve some of the customer's most complex problems that had lots of moving parts. I was able to see through the noise to the solution and was driven to design the most elegant, simple custom solutions for their customers using AI and automation.

During that time I thoroughly enjoyed figuring out the corporate game to overcome the most pesky, typical corporate obstacles like:

• Getting around miniscule HR salary increase limits to doubling my starting salary in the first 2 years.
• Regular bonuses and company awards.
• Awarded RSUs (stock options) that ICs generally weren't eligible for.
• Reduced the 40-hour work week to working only Monday to Wednesday, 9-5 while still full-time employed with full benefits - allowing me to spend way more time with my family.
• Side-stepped the usual title-only promotions that come with extra workload to get meaningful promotions.
• Promoted to and pioneered a brand new role and title that didn't exist before, then became the team lead.
• Avoided all promotions that included writing reports, people management or any annoying paperwork, freeing me up to do hands-on work and focus on my own growth.

There's a whole backstory to how I even got into a company like this without a degree. I saw each obstacle along the journey as a level in the corporate game that I could either beat or find a hidden portal around it. There really are no limits to how to play the game, and it becomes fun when you treat it that way.

Eventually, I got bored of being a corporate robot, and decided to leave tech. I've since moved on to exploring avenues that feel a lot more aligned, and charting a new path, helping people discover their inner guidance system. This is where Mindsight comes in!

My beloved friend Dalia Burgoin (opens in new tab) and I opened our mindsight around the same time as each other at a VWE retreat under the guidance of Wendy Gallant of Seeing Beyond Eyes (opens in new tab), and Rob Freeman of VWE (opens in new tab). We both had fun helping struggling fellow students open their Mindsight. Ever since then, I've found so much joy in guiding and sparking the natural ability in people to experience different forms of Mindsight.

In my spare time I study whatever takes my fancy, dabble in different PSI skills, coach Mindsight, and help people just like you see your own beautiful life landscape from high up, above the limits and patterns that may have held you back. Together we discover a path towards your biggest callings and dreams (yes, you can have more than one!) and break past current limits. You will even learn to distinguish between your intuition and your instinct.
