Even more importantly, you'll have the opportunity to bring more meaning back into your life. We will cover all your ideas and opportunities and I'll probably spot some angles you might have missed. We will look at current obstacles both physical and mental, and see an actionable path forward to your bright future.

I offer shorter follow up sessions for those who want more structure and guidance over a longer period. It can be helpful to meet weekly until you are on your way.
